Musea Paper wallpapers are digital files delivered to your device immediately after purchase. Because a download cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Why refunds are not available

At checkout you consent to immediate performance of the digital-content contract. From that moment the complete product is in your possession, and the statutory withdrawal period for distance purchases no longer applies. This is standard practice for instantly delivered digital goods.

Before you buy

Every product page lists the exact devices, resolutions, and file formats included, and the preview images show the full compositions. If you are unsure whether a collection fits your device, email us before purchasing and we will confirm compatibility.

Defective files

If a download arrives corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its product page, contact us within 14 days and we will repair or replace the files at no cost. This covers technical defects only, not a change of taste after download. Nothing on this page limits consumer rights that the law in your country grants and that cannot be waived.
