Musea collects only the information needed to deliver digital purchases, answer support requests, send requested studio emails, and understand basic site use.

Information we receive

Checkout and payment data is processed by the merchant of record. Musea may receive your name, email address, order details, country, and transaction status. We do not receive full card details.

Studio emails

If you join the studio list, we use your email to deliver Notes to Self and announce new collections. Every message includes an unsubscribe option.

Analytics

Musea runs self-hosted, cookieless analytics to understand page visits and key storefront actions (product views, checkout clicks, downloads). It sets no cookies and stores no advertising identifiers. Visits are counted with an anonymous hash that changes every day and cannot follow you across days or other websites; your IP address is used only in transit and never stored. Aggregate technical data (device type, browser family, country, page speed) helps keep the store fast. To opt out entirely, open museapaper.com/?musea_ignore=1 once — this stores a single opt-out flag in your browser and nothing else.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held directly by Musea by contacting studio@museapaper.com.

Controller identity, company address, retention periods, and final processors must be inserted before public launch.
